My name is Kim Smits and I love to move. I discovered many years ago that the more you push yourself to move, the stronger you become. The problem for most people is that stressing our bodies is uncomfortable and we humans don’t like discomfort. That’s where I come in. I can safely and gradually push you past your comfort zone. You will love and hate me because it will be uncomfortable, but over time you will be stronger. I can also teach you to leverage good nutrition to attain and maintain a healthy weight, reach your aesthetic and performance goals and recover from training. I am an AFLCA group fitness instructor, Level 1 Fitness Kickboxing coach, TRX certified instructor and Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coach.
